Project Of Supporting Hydraulic Equipment For Flood Control And Water Storage Of Small Reservoirs In Kazakhstan

We undertook supporting works for 4 new small reservoirs in central Kazakhstan, supplying full sets of high water head cast iron gates, winch hoists and trash racks. To cope with huge temperature difference and frigid winter in Kazakhstan, our equipment is filled with anti-freeze grease, screw rods equipped with fully enclosed protective covers, and gates finished with heavy-duty zinc-rich epoxy anti-corrosion coating, which can withstand extreme cold down to -35℃. The whole system serves flood discharge in flood season and daily water level regulation, running stably for 2 years without breakdowns, attracting many Central Asian water conservancy institutions for site visits.
