Supporting Project Of Anti-Corrosion Isolation Sluices For Urban Sewage Treatment Plants, Nigeria

We customized acid & alkali resistant steel gates and interception gates for 3 municipal wastewater treatment plants in Nigeria. Conventional cast iron gates are prone to rust and perforation under alternating acid and alkaline sewage erosion. Our gates are fabricated with 304 stainless steel plates and inner wall heavy anti-corrosion epoxy coating to adapt to harsh corrosive sewage environment, which can flexibly switch sewage processes and cut off water for equipment maintenance. Its corrosion resistance and sealing performance exceed customer expectations greatly, and we have signed the second-phase expansion procurement contract afterwards.
