Gate Intelligent Transformation Terminal

The intelligent gate retrofit terminal is designed for digital upgrading of aging hydraulic gates, compatible with screw hoist equipment, and supports dual power supply of municipal electricity and solar energy.


It integrates sensors for opening and water level data collection, with 4G remote data transmission. Operators can remotely control gates via mobile phones or cloud platforms. Built with multiple protection mechanisms including overload and limit protection, it adapts to harsh outdoor environments. It enables low-cost and rapid realization of unattended intelligent management and control of gates.

Suitable for Old Gate Renovation :Compatible with screw hoists; no large-scale demolition of original gate civil structures required.

Optional Multiple Power Supply Modes Supplies municipal power, solar power and wind-solar hybrid power, applicable to field sites without power grid coverage.

Complete Multi-layer Safety Protection : Integrates limit protection, opening protection, overcurrent protection and undervoltage protection to prevent equipment damage from overload.

Multiple Emergency Operation Methods  :Equipped with mechanical handwheel and emergency knob to realize manual gate operation under power or network failure.

Compatible with Various Water Level Monitors  :External ultrasonic, pressure and radar water level gauges are supported for real-time water level data collection.



Adaptable to Multiple Flow Monitoring Devices  :Connectable with radar flowmeters, Doppler flowmeters and Parshall flumes to accurately measure flow through gates.

Wide Operating Temperature Range for Outdoor Use  :Stable operation from -30℃ to 80℃, adapting to field environments with extreme cold or high temperature.

Low Renovation Cost  :Small construction workload without gate house reconstruction, greatly cutting total project investment.



Automatic Fault Alarm Push  :Alarms for overload, undervoltage and limit abnormality are automatically pushed to mobile phones and monitoring platforms.

 Modular Expandable Design : Reserved expansion interfaces allow later addition of rainfall monitoring, video surveillance and other modules.
