The intelligent integrated gate hoist system is a core terminal equipment for smart water conservancy. It integrates functions including mechanical opening-closing power, sensing monitoring, intelligent control, wireless communication, power supply and energy storage into a single unit. Replacing the scattered setup of traditional split hoists, external control cabinets and external sensors, it achieves full closed-loop automatic control of sluice gates through perception, calculation, execution and data upload. It is applicable to newly-built sluice stations and the automatic renovation of old sluice gates, and supports unattended operation.

Wireless Communication :The equipment adopts 4G full-network IoT communication technology, featuring stable data transmission and strong compatibility.

Intelligent Control Board :The intelligent control board is equipped with large-scale digital integrated chips, delivering fast computing speed, stable operation and powerful functions.

Intelligent Opening Detection :Multi-turn absolute encoders are used to detect real-time gate opening with high precision. It retains position data after power failure without step loss and supports real-time data synchronization.


Solar Power Driving: Fitted with high-power brushless DC motors and matched with wind-solar hybrid power generation systems. It eliminates the limitation of municipal power wiring for intelligent equipment and operates independently without relying on on-site infrastructure.

Large Screen Display System: 5-inch industrial touch control screen with clear and comprehensive display, outstanding weather resistance, and stable performance under all harsh working conditions.


High Compatibility :Open communication and data protocols for measurement & control components. It supports API, OPC, Ethernet and RS485 protocols, and transmits all control functions and measurement data to irrigation district management platforms or upper computer configuration software via MQTT protocol in JSON format to private cloud or other authorized platforms. It can also be directly connected to PLC through Ethernet, or controlled via hard contacts of PLC to realize unified intelligent management with multiple control modes.


PWM Soft Start: The control board supports PWM soft start function, which maximizes motor protection and extends service life.

Diagnosis & Alarm Function: It monitors all electrical components of the equipment, diagnoses faults and sends out alarms, providing data reference for operators.
