Flat cast iron sluice gate consists of cast iron gate leaf and gate frame, equipped with rubber or copper water stop seals for simple and stable structure. It features rust resistance and strong anti-water impact capacity with easy opening and closing operation, which can be controlled by manual or electric hoists. 


Available in integral and assembled types, the gate is suitable for channels, culverts, sewage treatment plants and small reservoirs, applied for river closure, water level regulation and backflow prevention. With simple installation & maintenance and high cost performance, it is a common water control equipment for medium and small hydraulic projects.

Integral Flat Structure: Adopts straight flat gate leaf design with neat and compact overall structure.

Two Sealing Options Available :Two sealing types optional: rubber soft sealing and copper-lined hard sealing. Customers may select freely based on water head height and water quality working conditions.


Tight Water Sealing Performance: High fitting precision between gate leaf and frame with tiny fitting clearance. Excellent anti-seepage effect after full closure to completely eliminate water leakage through gaps.

Effortless Opening & Closing: Uniform stress distribution on flat panel with no lateral resistance during lifting and lowering. Smooth vertical movement, requiring minimal labor force even for manual operation.
