Arc Cast Iron Gate

Arc cast iron sluice gates mostly adopt copper-inlaid sealing structure with outstanding pressure resistance and anti-seepage performance, which are suitable for river courses, irrigation districts, reservoirs, water supply and drainage projects.


The gate is integrally cast from cast iron, featuring high structural strength, strong corrosion resistance and stable opening & closing operation. It can be equipped with manual or electric hoists.


The curved panel adopts a stress-optimized design to withstand large water pressure with tight water stop effect. The gate is easy to maintain and customizable in all sizes, widely used for water storage, flood discharge, water diversion and flow regulation scenarios.

Streamlined curved gate leaf: The gate leaf adopts an arc curved surface shape, which fits the direction of water flow. It creates low water resistance during opening and closing, delivers smooth water flow and avoids sediment silting up easily. 

Integral cast iron casting: The gate leaf and lifting lugs are integrally cast and formed without welding seams. It features strong structural integrity and eliminates hidden dangers of rust and leakage at welding joints.


Excellent pressure bearing performance: The curved mechanical structure evenly disperses water pressure, suitable for water retaining scenarios with large water level differences such as high-water-head reservoirs, tunnels and pump stations. 

Sediment erosion resistance: Cast iron material boasts high hardness, so the gate body and sealing surface wear slowly under long-term water friction in sand-bearing rivers and irrigation areas.



Anti-corrosion and durable: The cast iron base is coated with epoxy asphalt anti-corrosion coating, resisting erosion from sewage, acid, alkali and dampness, and hardly rusts after long-term underwater service. Double-way water sealing: It realizes bidirectional water sealing and adapts to working conditions bearing pressure from both sides.

Wide application range: It can be used for hydraulic structures including open irrigation channels, underground culverts, overflow dams, sewage treatment tanks, small reservoirs and flood control sluices.
