Ecological renovation and water system regulation are implemented for urban inland rivers and landscape watercourses, with refined water level control realized through channel check sluices, impoundment sluices and other facilities. Gates are opened and closed for regulation to stabilize the normal water storage level of watercourses, maintain circulating water flow and eliminate dead water siltation, black and odorous water and other adverse conditions. Combined with the construction of ecological revetments, water system reorganization and supporting landscape works, the river water volume is scientifically stored and regulated to balance the safety of flood conveyance and drainage as well as the ecological restoration effect of the water system. The project creates urban landscape water systems with clear water and green banks, and improves urban water environment quality and residential ecological landscape.
