The renovation project for aging water conservancy facilities and upgrading reconstruction of gate hoist systems mainly carries out intelligent upgrading and iteration of supporting equipment for old hydraulic gates, with the core work being the replacement and installation of intelligent hoists and intelligent control cabinets. Abandoning the traditional manual operation mode, the intelligent control cabinet realizes automatic and precise control of gate opening/closing, opening adjustment and water level linkage. The equipment can be started and stopped in real time and the gate status fine-tuned according to hydrological data. Meanwhile, functions including equipment overload protection, fault early warning and remote monitoring are upgraded to tackle drawbacks of outdated equipment such as jamming during opening and closing, inaccurate regulation and difficult operation & maintenance. The project greatly improves the safety, operational stability and intelligent management level of hydraulic sluices.
